CORE is a high-dose omega 3 supplement: two softgels deliver 2000 mg of concentrated fish oil with 910 mg EPA and 460 mg DHA. SHIELD is a daily softgel with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in a base of extra virgin olive oil.
