About FORGE

If you train hard, you lose magnesium through sweat and ask more of your muscles. FORGE is a magnesium complex for men who take their magnesium seriously and would rather take one good tablet than a handful of magnesium tablets. It combines four organic forms of magnesium in one tablet: bisglycinate, citrate, malate and taurate.

One tablet provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium (53% NRV) from those four forms, with no magnesium oxide. Bisglycinate is mild and well tolerated, citrate dissolves easily, malate and taurate complete the profile. The tablet has a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating and is vegetarian.

How to use

Take 1 tablet daily with water, during breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dosage advice: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive use of magnesium citrate may have a mild laxative effect. Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry, dark place, out of reach of children. A healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet are important. This supplement is not a substitute for either. If you take medication, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition, consult a doctor first.

Van proberen naar blijven
Ik kocht deze magnesium complex voor mijn vriend en wat eeeen verschilll, hij slaapt beter, wordt fitter wakker en dat merk ik zelf ook aan hem. Inmiddels is hij helemaal overtuigd en neemt hij een abonnement. Dankjewel Lune Lupo🤎
