FORGE is a 4-in-1 magnesium complex containing four forms of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, magnesium malate and magnesium taurate. All four are organically bound forms of magnesium, combined in one tablet.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to normal nervous system function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
