Where do we deliver?
We ship to the Netherlands. Ordering from another country? Contact us at hello@lunelupo.com — we're happy to see what we can arrange.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €4.95
- Free shipping on orders from €55
The exact shipping costs are always shown in your order summary before you complete your purchase.
Delivery time
Orders placed on business days before 10:00 PM are processed the same day. The expected delivery time is:
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days (orders placed before 10:00 PM typically arrive the next business day)
These delivery times are an indication, not a guarantee. Your order will be delivered within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. If we are unable to meet this, we will inform you and you can cancel the order free of charge; you will then receive a full refund.
Track & trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace code from our shipping partner, allowing you to follow your package.
Not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will follow its standard procedure: a new delivery attempt, delivery to a neighbour, or delivery to a nearby service point. The carrier will notify you accordingly.
Received a damaged or incomplete order?
Please check your order upon receipt. Is your package damaged or is something missing? Send an email to hello@lunelupo.com with your order number and a photo, and we will resolve it right away. The risk of damage or loss during shipping rests with us until the moment the package has been delivered to you.
Subscriptions
Do you have a subscription? Your order will be shipped automatically according to the frequency of your subscription. You will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace for each delivery.
