One capsule provides 12 billion CFU of bacteria cultures from 9 documented strains with plant fibres (acacia fibre and inulin), 100 mg Cereboost American ginseng, 50 mg Spanish sage, 20 mg Bacopin bacopa (standardised to 20% bacosides), 10 mg saffron and 37.5 µg iodine from kelp (25% NRV). Vitamin B12 comes as methylcobalamin (2.5 µg, 100% NRV) and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (0.7 mg, 50% NRV). Not a full B-complex, but a deliberate selection. The capsule is plant-based (HPMC) and contains no allergens.
