About THE COMPLETE RITUAL

Some men want to build their routine piece by piece. Others want the whole structure at once. THE COMPLETE RITUAL is for the second kind: the entire Lune Lupo daily ritual in one set, following the arc of the day itself.

The morning opens with CORTEX, bacterial cultures with botanical extracts, and SHIELD, vitamin D3 with K2. The day continues with CORE, high-dose omega 3, and ECLIPSO, astaxanthin with natural vitamin E. And when the moon rises, the day closes with DUSK, magnesium with taurine, vitamin B6 and vitamin D3. Three moments, five products, one rhythm.

Authorised EU health claims: Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Lune Lupo is a Dutch premium men's care brand, built around daily rituals from morning to evening.

Key ingredients

CORTEX: 12 billion CFU bacterial cultures, prebiotic fibres, Cereboost™, Spanish sage, kelp (iodine), Bacopa monnieri, saffron, vitamin B6, vitamin B12.

SHIELD: vitamin D3 (25 µg) and vitamin K2 (37.5 µg) in extra virgin olive oil.

CORE: 2000 mg concentrated fish oil per day, with 910 mg EPA and 460 mg DHA, plus natural vitamin E.

ECLIPSO: 4 mg astaxanthin with natural vitamin E.

DUSK: 250 mg magnesium (bisglycinate and citrate), 180 mg taurine, vitamin B6, vitamin D3.

Allergens: CORE contains fish. ECLIPSO contains soy.

SHIELD, CORE and ECLIPSO use a bovine gelatine softgel shell.

How to use

The ritual follows your day, three fixed moments.

Morning: 1 CORTEX capsule and 1 SHIELD softgel with breakfast.

Day: 2 CORE softgels and 1 ECLIPSO softgel with a meal, for example at lunch.

Evening: 2 DUSK tablets with your evening meal, the closing step of the day.

Each pouch contains 30 daily servings, one month for the full set.

Fijne set m
Fijne set met alle supplementen die ik belangrijk vind. Ik ben een moeilijke slaper en heb gedurende de dag vaak ook energietekort. Met deze supplementen voel ik me structureel beter!

Eindelijk een routine die ik volhoud
Ik wilde al een tijdje wat bewuster bezig zijn met m'n dagelijkse vitamines, maar ik vergat het steeds of had geen zin in een kast vol losse potjes. De Complete Ritual maakt het gewoon heel overzichtelijk. Na een week merkte ik echt dat m'n energie gedurende de dag veel stabieler was, zonder die bekende middagdip. Het voelt als een complete basis. Niet goedkoop, maar voor mij de investering in gemak en kwaliteit absoluut waard.

Perfect Supplement Routine!
I've been searching for the right supplement regiment for a while now. Super satisfied with Lune Lupo. The quality seems very high and the pouches are the perfect size. I'm especially pleased with the Magnesium. I've used many different types of magnesium supplements before, but with Lune Lupo I could see the quality of my sleep improve immediately.
