Fish oil from Engraulis ringens forms the base of the formula, with natural vitamin E as an antioxidant. The softgel shell is made from bovine gelatin. Per daily dose (2 softgels): fish oil 2,000 mg, of which EPA 910 mg and DHA 460 mg, vitamin E 20 mg (166% RI).
