Magnesium Glycinate + Taurine (DUSK)

DUSK is built around magnesium glycinate, also known as magnesium bisglycinate, a form in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. Magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate together provide 250 mg of elemental magnesium per daily dose of two tablets.

Magnesium glycinate and citrate are both organic forms of magnesium; the difference between the two sits in how they are absorbed, and DUSK combines them in one tablet.

Taurine is best known from energy drinks, but it is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body; DUSK provides 180 mg per daily dose, without caffeine or sugar. Vitamin B6 is included as pyridoxal-5’-phosphate (P5P), the active form, and vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol. Magnesium also contributes to normal psychological function.
